A PROPOSAL FOR TRANSFORMATION

Yes,

raising children is a huge challenge.

Yes, raising children is a huge challenge. Every stage of a child’s development brings new questions, uncertainties, and doubts, like: Am I being a good mother? Is this the right path? Is my child developing on schedule? Should I be stricter? More permissive? Why is my child acting this way?…

The truth is, there’s no manual for being a mother. We learn as we go, building this journey as our children grow.

In general, people look for recipes to change their children’s behavior and apply formulas that seem to work in some situations but rarely last, because other challenging behaviors soon appear. Have you been through this?

I believe children are agents of our own transformation. There’s no such thing as a comfort zone in motherhood; it keeps unfolding as we live it. You can’t take a break — there’s no “just give me a minute, I don’t want to be a mother this week, ha.” It’s a continuous process of learning and growth, both ours and our children’s. We mothers are part of that equation.

And even though there’s no recipe or manual, we can find guidance and support along the way. Doing it alone is very hard, because we all have blind spots, and often we can’t see a solution or a light at the end of the tunnel without the help of a professional.

Yes, it’s possible to have healthier relationships with your children. Motherhood doesn’t have to be this heavy — it can be a healthy process.

That’s why I invite you — you, the mother who wants to learn to better handle the everyday challenges of motherhood, who wants more harmony and connection in your relationships — to come along with me!

There’s always time to change and do things differently. Family life truly can be harmonious!
